Authors of the monograph, well-known Russian scientists B.N. Kuzyk, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Yu.V. Yakovets, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, prove a necessity to choose and realize a strategy of innovational break-through.
